Use a soft measuring tape and stand naturally. Keep the tape flat and snug — but not tight.

• Measure around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring the tape runs straight across your back.

• To find your natural waist, try bending sideways — the spot where your body naturally creases is your true waistline. Measure here, just above your belly button.

• Measure around the widest part of your hips, usually around the seat — not the hip bones.
