Zero Waste Gathered Skirt - Peonies

Another timeless design, The Zero Waste Skirt is based on the classic Peasant/Dirndl skirt from the 1940’s. A gathered skirt with a deep waist band and features beautiful, deep side pockets, side opening with vintage or repurposed buttons and beautifully finished with french seams.

Comfortable with a fitted waist and roomy skirt, this is perfect for the warmer months or pair it with tights and boots for a cooler day. This skirt has been made from a pretty, repurposed cotton/poly fabric, which means no new fabrics have been necessary, leaving a minimal environmental footprint. Due to being made from a repurposed fabric, this is a limited release and colour variations may be present. Once the listed sizes are sold, there will be no more in this print.

The Zero Waste Skirt is made from rectangular pieces of fabric, which have been carefully arranged so as to leave no waste. By using repurposed fabric and a zero waste design, the environmental impact of this garment has been minimised.
